Sara Escobar is the Global Head of Real Estate and Workplace for Riot Games and Founder / President of Wielding Workplace, a consultancy that supports companies in using Workplace to attract and retain top talent. Her clients and former employers have included top companies in tech, media, hospitality, public services and finance.

 

In her role at Riot Games, a role which she performed previously for both Honey (a PayPal Company) and Hulu (a Disney Company) prior to their corporate acquisitions, Sara is responsible for oversight of worldwide workplace strategy, real estate, workplace design, construction project management, facilities, workplace programs, operational M&A integrations, workplace systems implementation and data analytics, and safety and security. As Hulu’s original employee #2, her experience spanned multiple phases of company growth through a 12 year tenure. She also worked with Netflix as the Director of Workplace Experience during the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on facilitating employee engagement and productivity during the transition to virtual work for the 9,000+ employees.
