Better Conversations Foundation
The Art of Better Conversations: Transforming Learning in the Workplace
Conversations are the primary way humans relate to each other; they drive innovation and performance in organisations. The Better Conversations Foundation is taking a fresh approach to soft skills training, with our Open Source six-hour course that is broadly applicable, easily deliverable and adaptable for different audiences.

In this interactive workshop we will you a taste of our first module which demonstrates how our state affects our conversations.

Together we’ll then break down how the course works, identify the design patterns behind it and explore how these patterns can be used for a wide variety of skills training. We’ll consider how tools and concepts from software engineering and ISO quality management systems help deliver a highly engaging and scalable experience.

Finally we’ll discuss the impact of our approach, the importance of community building and share examples of how people are using the framework at work and in their personal lives.
