Sharon Dale is an experienced coach, facilitator, and systems convener with a passion for empowering individuals to unlock their full potential. She specialises in supporting change-makers within organisations, cultivating environments that foster psychological safety, trust, and innovation. With extensive experience in using, teaching and adapting Liberating Structures, Sharon has guided numerous individuals and teams in using these powerful methods to navigate complexity, enhance collaboration, and drive meaningful change. Her dynamic and engaging coaching and facilitation style have established her as a trusted advisor. Sharon's dedication to helping others thrive is matched by her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Judy Rees is the co-author of the bestselling book Clean Language: Revealing Metaphors and Opening Minds and has taught practical Clean Language skills to Agile coaches and other business change agents worldwide for more than 15 years.
She combines Clean Language with Liberating Structures in her facilitation and coaching, helping individuals, organisations and teams to work better together through more effective communication.
A former journalist and media executive, she is based in Richmond, North Yorkshire. Her current primary work focus is on the UK health service.
Steve McCann had an interesting international career working with people in complex and hostile parts of the world, practising converting training into behaviour change where the stakes were high. Since 2018 he has worked in partnership with Judy Rees, designing and delivering training and facilitation in commercial and third sector organisations.
