This session will explore how neuro-inclusive teams can navigate complex, volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environments through adaptive leadership. By integrating principles of neuro-diversity and inclusive leadership, participants will learn how to leverage diverse cognitive approaches and foster environments that support psychological safety and innovative problem-solving.

Learn By Doing:
Participants will engage in scenario-based exercises where they will apply adaptive leadership techniques to lead neuro-diverse teams through complex challenges. These exercises will emphasise real-world application and collaborative problem-solving. In addition, the workshop will offer approaches that help with awareness of our own and other people’s biases which may subconsciously exclude or diminish the contributions of others that may exacerbate complexity in a VUCA world.

With over 25 years of experience in the Legal and Tech market spaces, Jane has coached Leadership teams, delivery teams and individuals to help unleash the power of diverse inclusive collaboration across the workforce. Her experience includes design thinking product centricity, creating highly motivated teams and coaching neurodiverse individuals to achieve their potential.

Rashee is a seasoned agile thinker with over 20 years experience applying agile thinking to solve complex problems. Most recently she has been focused on helping organizations create and achieve ESG goals, coaching leaders and individuals on attaining competitive advantage via authenticity and inclusivity to build collaborative, adaptive environments that motivate to innovate. Rashee is a natural problem solver who uses the power of her own ADHD to demonstrate the secret source of an organizations neurodiverse workforce.
